Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the actuarial team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
Oversee actuarial analyses and methodologies for employee benefit lines, guiding strategic decision-making
Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies that drive growth in employee benefits offerings
Required Qualifications:
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation is required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in actuarial roles focused on employee benefits
Demonstrated experience in pricing portfolio management and strategic decision-making
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to drive strategy
Proven ability to build and develop talent within the actuarial field
