10+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with 5+ years in leadership roles
Experience in SaaS companies, preferably in FinTech
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as NRR, churn, and LTV
Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing global teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
