Key Responsibilities Oversee team operations and ensure successful execution of clinical/drug safety operations Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors and manage client relationships Provide training and support to team members while managing performance based on KPIs Required Qualifications Over 4 years of experience in clinical trials with a good understanding of GCP principles Prior experience in managing a team or leading a project team University degree in biotechnology, pharmacy, management, or methodology of clinical trials Experience working in a CRO company is advantageous Proven relationship management skills
