Global Benefits Analyst
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Analyst to manage and support various benefits programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Global Benefits Manager on benefits governance, audits, and compliance with local regulations
Review and negotiate international benefits contracts, supporting the annual open enrollment process and vendor relationships
Provide back-up administration for U.S. benefits and support global benefit and wellbeing initiatives
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of relevant professional benefits experience
Technical understanding of HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and proficiency in MS Office
Strong understanding of developing benefit processes and audit requirements
Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and flexibility
