Global Compensation & Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the global point of contact for health programs, ensuring seamless operations and addressing inquiries
Manage health benefits programs, collaborating with brokers and stakeholders to enhance employee experience
Oversee employee leave programs and retirement plans, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
3-5 years of experience in total rewards, benefits administration, or HR analytics
2+ years in a global benefits role, with experience in EMEA and India preferred
Previous experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.)
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
