Key Responsibilities
Track and analyze sales pipeline data for accurate forecasting and alignment with revenue goals
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable insights
Assist in planning and executing go-to-market events and manage key GTM projects
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales, strategy, or revenue operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
Proven success in managing complex initiatives and multiple workstreams
Deep understanding of the employer benefits market is a plus
