Key Responsibilities Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties Takes payments for policies and makes changes and endorsements to policies that do not require a license Required Qualifications Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience High School diploma or GED
