Grading Specialist
A company is looking for a Grading and Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess student submissions based on grading rubrics and course guidelines Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and comprehension Respond to student inquiries and address course-related questions in a timely manner Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or a relevant field Minimum 5+ years teaching experience, preferably at the university or K-12 level Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred Ability to relate effectively with students and identify their support needs Proven track record of managing various administrative duties efficiently
