Grants and Contracts Coordinator
A company is looking for a Grants, Donations and Contracts Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all phases of grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
Manage individual and foundation donations, including database maintenance and acknowledgment
Facilitate the collection and issuance of sub-awards and ensure timely processing of vendor contracts
Required Qualifications
A combination of relevant work experience and education in accounting or nonprofit finance
Expert-level computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other reporting packages preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
