Head of Culture and Communications
A company is looking for a Head of Culture and Communications (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Shape and implement culture programs that enhance employee experience and drive high performance
Develop and execute inclusion and belonging strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
Oversee the global employee communications strategy to enhance engagement and understanding of company objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
12-15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on business-facing and specialist positions
Significant experience in delivering organizational development and change interventions in global organizations
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their business impact
Preferred Bachelor's and/or Graduate Degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources or Organizational Development
Relevant certifications in Organizational Development or Change Management are preferred
