Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A. Key Responsibilities Build and scale financial models, budgets, and forecasts for strategic planning and fundraising Develop cohort analysis and customer acquisition cost models Manage relationships with bank lenders and support fundraising efforts with investor-ready materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or financial certification preferred At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, fintech, or startups Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting Skilled with spreadsheets and data manipulation; knowledge of SQL/Python preferred Adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
