MN and WI Licensed Triage RN

A company is looking for a Triage Registered Nurse to coordinate and manage patient care in a hospice setting. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to calls related to patient care, providing appropriate interventions Assess options for interventions and utilize critical thinking to determine the best course of action Facilitate nursing visits based on patient needs and promote self-sufficiency and comfort care Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing One to two years of recent acute care experience and home care experience preferred RN license for MN and WI, or a compact license covering multiple states Bachelor's degree preferred, with hospice care experience preferred Management experience not required
