Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or sales enablement
Deep understanding of sales motions and partner ecosystems in UCaaS and CCaaS technologies
Experience in developing, implementing, and scaling partner programs with measurable impact
Able to analyze program performance and leverage data for decision-making
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
