Key Responsibilities
Design and execute talent management practices to foster a high-performing culture
Partner with senior leaders to diagnose and communicate trends related to team engagement and development
Manage all people operations functions, including benefits administration and compliance
Required Qualifications
10+ years of People Operations experience in high-growth tech companies or startups
Experience in talent development, headcount planning, and managing a globally dispersed workforce
Significant experience in benefits administration and HR-process functions
Strong understanding of compliance with local employment laws
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and maintain confidentiality
