Head of People Operations
A company is looking for a Head of People Operations to lead initiatives in People Operations and HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead a client-facing People Operations business unit, including market research, service offerings, and pricing models
Drive P&L performance and foster a collaborative team culture aligned with corporate values
Oversee internal People Operations, including talent acquisition, benefits management, and compliance with labor laws
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
5+ years of experience leading teams in HR/People Operations
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and willingness to learn offshore labor laws
Experience with remote-first or hybrid work models
High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with virtual teams
