A company is looking for a Supervisor, SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the B2B Sales team, aligning with organizational goals
Motivate and foster a collaborative team culture while achieving monthly sales targets for group medical and ancillary products
Manage the sales pipeline and collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to drive growth and retention
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Strong leadership and motivational skills to develop a high-performing sales team
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, marketing, or a relevant field
Health license preferred
