Health Underwriting Operations Consultant
A company is looking for an Underwriting Operations Consultant to enhance health underwriting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor underwriter performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Generate reports on team production and simplify end-to-end workflows
Document operating procedures and assist in training and implementing new technologies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Senior-level health-underwriting experience required
Working knowledge of employer-based, large-group benefits required
Underwriting-process or personnel-management experience preferred
Experience working within the PEO industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn multiple reporting tools
