A company is looking for a Client Service Associate (Healthcare). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Client Services Managers and internal operations partners to meet expectations Review and distribute client inquiries to ensure timely follow-up and action Maintain client system access requests and compliance course requirements Required Qualifications B.S. or B.A. in business or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience preferred One to two years in a prior client support role preferred One to two years of experience in the US Healthcare industry preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Must have flexibility to participate in international work processes
