Key Responsibilities Develop a scalable promotional review process for marketing materials in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders Establish operational processes for investigating member outreach complaints and auditing outreach processes Manage marketing compliance training and contribute to the enhancement of the compliance program Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in promotional review compliance or legal operations related to marketing compliance in healthcare Substantive knowledge of regulatory matters related to healthcare and marketing Ability to work autonomously on significant projects from design to execution Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Knowledge of compliance program elements such as policy development and risk assessment is a plus
