Healthcare Technical Support
A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and business applications
Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities and follow up with users to ensure problem resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
Proficient in using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
