Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to vendor performance or project delivery Run and analyze reports to monitor project performance and manage inventory levels Coordinate between internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and compliance with SLAs Qualifications: High School diploma required Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or risk adjustment Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and reporting software PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred but not required Experience working with vendors and overseeing contractual obligations is a plus
