Hotel Services Process Administrator
A company is looking for a Hotel Services Process Admin to support customer care programs for guests and franchise owners.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with vendor leadership to ensure a consistent franchisee experience
Oversee Franchisee Onboarding for Hotel Services related programs
Review and refine current processes and provide support for department projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
At least 3 years' experience in a customer service environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Co-Pilot
Proficient in ServiceNow, Tableau, and Trello is preferred
Demonstrates competencies to collaborate, drive results, and cultivate innovation
