HR Compliance Specialist
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Specialist who brings analytical rigor and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update global and regional people policies in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders
Provide Tier 1 and 2 employee support, addressing inquiries about HR policies and processing HR transactions
Lead compliance-focused projects and manage documentation related to employment law and regulatory obligations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or a related function
Experience administering reasonable accommodations and developing employee handbooks
Prior experience in an employee or customer service role
Strong understanding of HR policies and some knowledge of employment law
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
