HR Onboarding Specialist
A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to manage pre-hire activities and support new hires during their onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact candidates weekly to ensure completion of onboarding forms and steps for timely start dates
Monitor background check progress and verify job requirements are met
Assist with new hire benefits enrollment and process new hires in HR systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent with three years of administrative experience, or an associate's degree with two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience
One year of customer service experience and three years of HR administration experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS and ATS systems
