HR People Advisor
A company is looking for a People Advisor to provide HR support and guidance in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations and resolve team member concerns related to policy infractions and misconduct
Assist team members and managers by answering questions and providing support through various communication channels
Act as a subject matter expert in HR policies and practices, advising management and enhancing team member engagement
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an HR role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
Equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications considered
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Technical knowledge in Employee Relations and Employment Law (State and Federal)
