Senior HR Representative
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Representative to provide counseling and administrative services related to leave of absence for associates.
Key Responsibilities
Administer leave of absence processes and provide guidance to associates, HR partners, and managers
Monitor third-party vendor performance and ensure timely processing of leave requests
Document interactions and maintain leave of absence data in the payroll system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration with knowledge of relevant federal and state laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Strong customer service skills and ability to establish relationships with partners
Solid knowledge of LOA policies and applicable regulations
