HRIS Analyst III - Workforce Management
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III - Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM modules and lead system configuration and optimization
Lead cross-functional projects involving WFM system updates and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational goals
Design and deliver complex reports and analytics while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
5-7 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and system administration
Required expertise in UKG Workforce Management Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics modules
Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and related cross-functional business processes
Experience in healthcare or multi-site/matrixed environments is highly preferred
