HRIT Functional Analyst
A company is looking for an HRIT Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and maintain HR Payroll, Time, and Benefits systems while ensuring compliance and alignment with HR goals
Analyze business requirements, create functional design documents, and provide ongoing support for HR system functionalities
Develop and optimize HR processes and provide training and documentation for HR colleagues
Required Qualifications
MA/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of experience with HR information systems or HR software
Experience in high complexity projects and knowledge of HR business processes
Familiarity with Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and related payroll systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office products
