Human Resources Evaluator
A company is looking for a Part Time Evaluator in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate assessments to determine students' mastery of learning objectives and course competencies
Prepare accurate and consistent feedback to help students develop course competencies
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve evaluation processes and ensure consistency in evaluation ratings
Required Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, business, leadership, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
SHRM certified (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or HRCI certified (PHR/SPHR/PHRi/SPHRi/GPHR) or other HR-related certifications
Work experience with competency-based education in an online environment is preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
