A company is looking for an HVAC Equipment Marketing Specialist to support the MDF claims process for unitary HVAC equipment lines nationwide. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance of direct MDF claims with established guidelines and brand standards Track MDF approvals and maintain shared tracking spreadsheets for customer allocated funds and credits Collaborate with various teams to support marketing initiatives and communicate claim status effectively Required Qualifications and Education Ideally 5 years' experience in the trade industry Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects Experience in handling marketing initiatives and vendor collaborations is preferred
