Immersive Learning Experience Designer
A company is looking for a Specialist III, Instructional Design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead learning design sessions to define objectives and desired outcomes
Design and develop experiential learning programs that engage participants
Utilize design thinking and agile methods to refine learning solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or related field preferred
Five years of relevant work experience in instructional design or corporate training
Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
Experience with immersive learning technologies like VR and gamification is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs
