A company is looking for an Implementation System Support Representative. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for user setup and troubleshooting of Athena software Log incidents and service requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system and escalate complex issues as necessary Guide users through issue resolution processes and provide regular status updates on incidents Required Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED required Associate Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in IT support, help desk operations, or technical customer service required Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required Basic experience with SQL or Microsoft Access preferred
