Key Responsibilities Engage with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and communicate the value of the care model Field inbound communications, qualify patients, and schedule appointments using EMRs Perform administrative duties including responding to emails and managing voicemails Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting 1-2 years of patient engagement experience or similar background Experience with Salesforce and Athena or other EMRs preferred Open availability to work Monday-Friday, 8AM EST - 8PM EST Ability to work independently and meet established goals
