Insurance Application Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Hybrid or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Researches, resolves, and responds to complex application and technical questions from users
Provides systems advice, guidance, and informal training to customers on insurance applications and systems
Troubleshoots and resolves system problems, restoring technical service and equipment issues
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Commercial or Personal Lines Property/Casualty insurance work experience
Knowledge and experience in Specialty insurance and Surety Bonds is a plus
