A company is looking for an Integrated Absence Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage and track eligibility for various job-protected leaves including FMLA and CFRA Administer a caseload of claims in accordance with best practices Provide guidance on leave requirements and maintain accurate claim files Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in leave and absence management Understanding of Federal and Statutory regulations regarding FMLA and related programs Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications Ability to educate and counsel on sensitive issues
