Director of HRIS
A company is looking for a Director of HRIS (Workday).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts and specialists, providing vision and focus on success
Develop and implement a global People Technology and Systems strategy aligned with business needs
Oversee system functionality, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring compliance with data security requirements
Required Qualifications
At least seven (7) years of experience in people systems, with three (3) years supporting Workday
Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role
Experience managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders
B.A./B.S. in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to handle sensitive data and maintain data security
