Intellectual Property Account Manager
A company is looking for a Service Account Manager for Intellectual Property Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for renewal-related queries from customers and internal teams
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Onboarding Teams to ensure proper onboarding of new customer accounts
Prepare cost estimates, budget reports, and handle customer communications and invoicing
Required Qualifications
Minimum of six (6) years of customer service and account management experience in the IP industry
Strong knowledge of global IP renewal fee regulations
Proficiency in project management and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with data analysis for customer behavior reporting
