Inventory Accountant

A company is looking for an Inventory Accountant to manage inventory-related financial processes and support ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and import purchase orders and item receipts into QuickBooks Reconcile inventory by location and analyze discrepancies using 3PL data Collaborate with internal teams and assist with annual external audit documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a must Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is highly desirable
