Key Responsibilities Provide technical and architectural guidance for software solutions related to EHR/RCM integrations and workflows Oversee team activities and ensure project goals are met while collaborating with various stakeholders Develop proposals and manage projects requiring inter-organizational coordination, including on-call support as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience including 3 years in a leadership role, or an Associate's degree with 9 years of experience including 3 years in a leadership role Experience in healthcare technology and managing both custom and vendor-supplied applications Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes Experience with project management methodologies and working in committee-driven organizations Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
