Key Responsibilities Manage operational components for Direct Bank IT, including vendor relationships and invoice management Oversee the design, implementation, support, and health of systems and applications Provide direction and oversight to IT projects and products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis, or systems engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience Experience with Digital Banking/Consumer Banking platform data flows and architectures Knowledge of core banking functions and payment integrations Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile processes
