Sales Compensation Governance Director
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales Compensation Governance & Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement governance frameworks and administrative processes for sales compensation
Drive the design and build of annual sales compensation plans and manage monthly reporting
Lead and manage the sales compensation administration team, ensuring accurate and timely plan administration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in HR compensation and/or sales operations or finance roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
Strong understanding of sales compensation design, governance, and administration principles
Experience collaborating with sales leadership and finance, with an ability to influence and ensure alignment
CCP Designation is preferred but not required
