Investigator Support Coordinator

A company is looking for an Investigator Support Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and test cancellations Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds while informing management of any delays Support sites and sponsors with project-related inquiries via phone and email Required Qualifications: Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish High school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience over the phone Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner
