Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT Support and IT Employee Lifecycle teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Oversee IT Support operations, focusing on effective ticket resolution and improving key performance metrics
Optimize the IT Employee Lifecycle process for smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
Required Qualifications
7+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with cloud-based tools such as Okta, Google, Slack, Jira, and Zoom
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, IT governance, security standards, and compliance frameworks
Proven track record of effective people management and team building
