A company is looking for a Digital Health Patient Services Coordinator (Remote) - Bilingual. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and build rapport with patients through phone and video interactions Verify patient insurance and communicate first visit expectations to new patients Assist the Digital Health team with enrollment processes and perform additional administrative duties as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Previous experience in a healthcare setting Fluency in Spanish is required High School diploma or GED is required Previous customer service experience within the last two years is required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is required
