IT Support Coordinator II
A company is looking for a Remote IT Support Coordinator II. Key Responsibilities Assists in answering calls from end users and documents issues and requests Troubleshoots basic end user questions and provides user support as needed Maintains network systems, sets up user accounts, and assists in running reports for the Business Office Required Qualifications Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience At least 2 years of experience in a desktop support role is preferred Prior computer networking experience is preferred A+ certification and MCP in Microsoft Office are strongly preferred Strong customer service skills are required
