IT Technical Specialist
A company is looking for an IT Technical Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of internal IT infrastructure and support employee systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and systems
Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees, including laptops and access provisioning
Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to various operating systems and productivity tools
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field
Proficiency with macOS and Windows administration; familiarity with Linux is a plus
Experience with device management tools (e.g., JAMF, Kandji, Intune, or similar)
Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and security best practices
Hands-on experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace Admin)
