ITSM Incident Manager

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical subject matter expertise in ITSM processes
Manage resource scheduling and ensure continuous incident response coverage
Drive best practices and ensure Incident Management processes align with enterprise needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of hands-on ITSM experience
Experience with enterprise-level applications and service delivery
Proven expertise in ITIL processes, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
ITIL Certification desired
Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
