Journey Management Specialist
A company is looking for a Journey Management Specialist (Seasonal/Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize digital lifecycle journeys post implementation
Analyze performance and recommend improvements to the journey development team
Design and manage engagement across multiple digital channels for an omnichannel experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Experience with digital marketing and/or content marketing is preferred
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Marketo is a plus
Knowledge of sales pipeline management and revenue quotas
Proficiency in web-analytics applications is preferred
