A company is looking for an HR Operations Onboarding Specialist (Contingent Worker). Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities and manage data workflows across internal systems Ensure compliance with background checks and I-9 requirements Communicate effectively with internal teams and new hires to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience Required Qualifications 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or onboarding Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Responsive and customer-service oriented with strong organizational skills Experience using Workday and applicant tracking systems is preferred
