Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and administer policies related to compliance, privacy, and data protection Provide guidance on data protection laws and support legal and business teams with transactional documents Manage incident investigations and develop compliance training and communications Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in privacy and compliance in the healthcare industry 2+ years of experience with healthcare commercial contracts and relevant regulations Experience with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule and state privacy laws State bar membership Proficiency with software and IT tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
