A company is looking for an LCC Analyst II to support the Licensing, Contracting, and Compensation team. Key Responsibilities Assist Financial Professionals and Field Office staff by responding to a broad range of inquiries Provide first point of contact for escalated or complex inquiries and collaborate across departments to resolve issues Process commission adjustments, agent changes, and other transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies Required Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Broad understanding of the Annuities and Life Insurance Industry, particularly in contracting and compensation functions Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data Proactive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative remote team environment
